Sunday car bazaar gate fees are processed via M-Pesa:

  • Receipts will be provided via WhatsApp

9.1 Service Hours

Our WhatsApp service operates:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for support
  • Sunday Bazaar Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Response times may vary outside business hours

9.2 Service Interruptions

We strive for continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to:

  • Database and data structures
  • Overall design and user interface

Are owned by Kenya Auto Bazaar Association and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kenya Auto Bazaar Association.

17.3 Assignment

We may assign these Terms without notice. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
